We’re taking all the extra precautions to keep our guests and staff safe by ventilating our rooms, disinfecting thoroughly, and maintaining strict social distancing protocols.
We ask guests to assist us by downloading the COVID safe app and notify us if you or anyone in your booking is sick or showing symptoms.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. In the event that you are unable to travel due to lockdown or border closures due to Covid-19 you will be eligible for either a refund or a credit. Please note that the Covid cancellation policy only applies to bookings where the original date of the booking falls during a lockdown period. Bookings that were changed from the original date in a non-lockdown period to a period affected by lockdown will only be eligible for a credit.
